Giving Something Back
Membership of the Society offers the opportunity to stay connected with the Camino and to "give something back". The Society also arranges events and activities during the year for its members.
Membership for 2026 is now OPEN with a Free Passport option....limited offer! Our fees are €20 for ordinary membership and €10 for student membership.

Camino Information Centre - we always encourage members to share their Camino experiences by volunteering at our Camino Information Centre or at our Information Events.

Pilgrim Office Volunteer in Santiago – as a member you can represent the Camino Society Ireland as a volunteer at the Pilgrim Office in Santiago. This is typically a two-week posting and gives you an opportunity to meet pilgrims from all over the world.

Hospitalero - as a member you can represent the Camino Society Ireland as a Hospitalero along the Camino. This is sure to be a unique experience.
